We plan the villa as one composition

Villa Christmas decoration works best when it is planned from the street inwards. Guests see the façade first, then the front door, then the hall and the stairs, then the table. We carry one palette through all of it, so each space leads into the next rather than competing with it.

  • The façade — house lighting along rooflines, balconies and arches, switched on at dusk.
  • The entrance — a full garland door arch and a matching wreath, built to fit pivot, double and arched doors.
  • The hall — a 3–3.6 m tree sized to the ceiling, lit and dressed by hand, with a tree skirt and gift boxes.
  • The staircase — garland along the full length of the rail, styled to match the tree.
  • The table — runner, centrepiece and figurines for Christmas lunch.

Exterior Christmas lights for villas

In the Gulf, Christmas happens after sunset, so the outside of a villa matters as much as the inside. House lighting is included in the Gold package and can be booked on its own for any villa — see Christmas lights installation.

Most master communities in Dubai have guidelines on exterior decorations. Check with your community management before the façade is lit; a short email usually settles it.

A tree sized for a double-height hall

Villa halls often rise well above a standard ceiling, and a tree that looks generous in a shop can look lost there. Measure at the exact spot the tree will stand — to the lowest point above it — and allow about 30 cm for the topper. Our tree size calculator does the maths. Gold includes a 3–3.6 m tree; taller trees are quoted on request.

Which package suits a villa?

Silver (AED 14,800) suits townhouses and smaller villas with a staircase. Gold (AED 24,700) is the full villa composition, including house lighting. Larger villas, second trees, extra rooms or gardens are quoted individually — see all packages or ask for a custom design.

Installation day at your villa

Someone needs to let our team in and agree placement at the start. We deliver everything, build it in position, dress it and switch it on, then walk you through it. When the season is over, we can come back to take it all down — post-Christmas removal is booked separately.

How much does it cost to decorate a villa for Christmas in Dubai?

Our Silver package is AED 14,800 and Gold, the full villa composition with house lighting, is AED 24,700 — both including delivery, installation and styling. Larger villas are quoted individually.

Do you put up outdoor Christmas lights on villas?

Yes. House lighting along rooflines, balconies and arches is included in Gold and can be booked on its own. Check your community’s guidelines on exterior decorations first.

What size tree do I need for a villa hall?

Usually 3 m or more for a double-height space. Allow about 30 cm between the topper and the ceiling at the spot where the tree will stand.

Can you decorate more than one room or add a second tree?

Yes. Packages are a starting point — extra trees, rooms, gardens or majlis spaces are quoted individually.

Do you take the decorations down after Christmas?

Yes, removal is available as a separate service. You can book your removal date with the installation.
